Nancy Richter has been in the securities industry since 1990. Her experience includes all facets of back office operations & compliance, with the majority of her time spent serving independent producers. As operations manager, Nancy is focused on providing prompt, accurate service to Cutter’s associates and their clients as well as insuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Her licenses include the Series 4, 7, 10, 24, 53, 55, 63, 65 as well as a Missouri Life Insurance License.
